Rajika Puri, an esteemed exponent of Bharatanatyam and Odissi, has garnered international acclaim for her captivating dance performances. Her creative journey led Rajika to develop a unique form of storytelling, blending dance, songs, chants, and narrative in English.

A trailblazer in cross-cultural ventures, Rajika is celebrated for her pioneering work in Flamenco Natyam, seamlessly weaving Indian dance and music with flamenco. Her explorations into cultural connections have been recognized by institutions like the Museum of Flamenco Dance in Seville.

As the founder of Rajika Puri and Dancers, Rajika has curated thematic productions, exploring diverse themes through choreographed group dances and stories. With a Master’s degree in ‘The Anthropology of Human Movement,’ she brings a cross-cultural perspective to her theatrical productions and writings on dance and theater.

Beyond her artistic endeavors, Rajika is deeply committed to supporting performing arts institutions and serves as co-curator of the Indo-American Arts Council’s Erasing Borders dance festival. Her personal journey, marked by a nomadic childhood, and a passion for cultural translation fuels her artistic vision and cross-cultural exploration.
