About Rajika Puri:

Rajika Puri is an accomplished dancer who shines in Bharatanatyam, Odissi, and storytelling through dance. Her artistic journey led her to create “Flamenco Natyam,” a groundbreaking fusion of Indian and flamenco. This innovation earned recognition from institutions like the Seville Flamenco Museum. Founding her troupe, Rajika Puri and Dancers, she curates productions that explore diverse themes through dance narratives. Her Master’s in “Anthropology of Human Movement” and a nomadic upbringing inform the cross-cultural perspective she brings to her performances. Beyond dance, Rajika co-curates the Indo-American Arts Council’s “Erasing Borders” festival, reflecting her commitment to supporting the arts and her passion for cultural bridges.
