Natasha Joshi: Men Matter Too – The Loud Silence

  • Life Skills

About the video:

We often talk about accelerating women’s empowerment, but what if the brakes remain on? Natasha Joshi gives a compelling reminder: real gender equity demands more than driving forward. It requires us to let go of what’s keeping everyone back—particularly by engaging men and boys in the discussion.

From school dropouts among boys to workplace vulnerabilities, Natasha brings to the fore previously unheard challenges that men experience as well. Her message?

It’s not women versus men. It’s about creating a better, more just society—for everyone. The road to equity must invite everybody to the table.
