About Deepti Naval:
Poet, actor, activist Deepti Naval’s mind-altering asylum experience is a gripping journey through the dark alleys of the mind. While researching for a movie script, Naval planned to spend 3-4 days in a mental asylum, but those days turned into 23, deeply affecting her perception of the world. Her observations of the patients’ lives, treatments, and traumas not only transformed her script but also inspired poignant art pieces and poems.
