About Gouri Mirpuri

Gouri Mirpuri is a social entrepreneur and the founder of Connected for Good, an initiative aimed at creating positive global impact by connecting individuals and organizations dedicated to social change. Born in India and now residing in Washington, D.C., Gouri has been instrumental in spearheading several transformative projects across the world.

One of her most notable endeavors is *The Learning Farm* in Indonesia, a residential organic farm designed to empower vulnerable street youth. This award-winning program provides at-risk young individuals with agricultural training, life skills, and a pathway to reintegrate into society as productive citizens. The Learning Farm offers them the opportunity to “sow the seeds of change” in their lives and their communities by instilling hope and skills needed for sustainable livelihoods.

With a focus on environmental sustainability and social empowerment, Gouri’s work at The Learning Farm has impacted hundreds of disadvantaged youth throughout Indonesia, helping them become agents of transformation. Gouri’s commitment to addressing socio-economic inequalities and fostering environmental stewardship has made her a prominent figure in global social entrepreneurship.
