Deepika Mogilishetty, is a trailblazer in the realm of policy and partnerships, currently serving as the Chief of Policy and Partnerships at EkStep Foundation. With a career spanning over two decades, Deepika has been unwavering in her commitment to promoting inclusion and access across various sectors. Her extensive experience includes collaborative efforts with governments and non-profit organizations, both domestically and internationally, where she has demonstrated a deep understanding of socio-economic issues.

At EkStep Foundation, Deepika leads the Bachpan Manao, Badhte Jao mission, a transformative initiative focused on advocating for the growth and development of children during their early years. Leveraging her expertise in networks and narratives, she champions the idea of creating “surround sound” as a way to promote joyful learning, not just during the early years, but throughout life

Deepika’s contributions extend beyond EkStep Foundation. She played a pivotal role in AADHAAR’s startup team in 2009, where she contributed to the development and implementation of one of the world’s largest biometric identification systems. Later, as the Law and Policy Advisor at UIDAI, she played a crucial role in shaping policies and strategies to enhance data security and privacy.
