With a master’s degree in Applied Psychology, Asha keenly observes the mental processes behind reactions and decisions. A start-up enthusiast, she works with SPI Edge, an accelerator and incubator of businesses, contributing to a start-up named “Aspire.” Aspire focuses on enabling employees to stay, live, and grow within organizations through habit formation.
Asha considers herself a full-time dreamer yet is also known for her ability to get things done. Her belief in the unlimited potential of humans drives her to seek challenging adventures in the smallest things.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Asha is interested in developing problem-solving frameworks, publishing research papers on real-world situations, exploring travel psychology, and ideating for start-ups. She also runs safe space events for mental health advocacy, particularly for millennials.
