Sandhya Goli, a distinguished chess player from Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh, has achieved significant global success since beginning her journey at age 13. Her accolades include the Sri Lankan Open Championship (2013), World Open Mixed Doubles, and Millionaire Chess Open titles (2014), and a Silver at the World Women’s Amateur Championship in Greece (2015). An INK Fellow since 2016, Sandhya has continued her rise with multiple medals at the Asian Women’s Amateur Championships and World Women’s Amateur Chess Championships in Mexico (2019). Now a Woman Candidate Master, Sandhya is dedicated to becoming a Woman Grandmaster and plans to open a chess academy for underprivileged communities.
