Nileena is a Computer Science graduate with an MBA in Finance from Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Chennai. After a brief corporate stint, she pursued her passion for jewellery design at JK Institute in Mumbai. Joining her mother’s business as a Jewellery Designer, Nileena is now the Creative Director and Managing Partner at Adona Diamonds. She launched Nileena Babu Fine Jewelry to create beautiful, bold, and unique pieces at affordable prices. Inspired by her daughter, she also started a kid’s jewellery line, offering small, allergy-free pieces.

Despite being an introvert, Nileena champions women’s empowerment, encouraging confidence and independence. A fitness enthusiast, she motivates others to maintain a healthy lifestyle. As a single mother to her 7-year-old daughter Yaara, she believes in leading a balanced and healthy life.
