Anna is an accomplished educator and analyst with 30 years of experience in global training programs covering communication, behavior, IT processes, and technology. Currently, a Senior Educator and Analyst at Praaptii, she has held prominent roles including Vice President of Projects at Solastra Global Private Limited and Senior Lead of the New Hire Academy at Mentor Global. Anna has mentored over 2000 campus recruits globally during her tenure at UST Global. She holds a BTech in Computer Science and Engineering from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum, and a diploma in Training and Development from the Indian Society for Training & Development.
